Dear Friends,

It’s exciting for us to have some big-name contributors to this month’s “Tasting Notes,” two of whom also happen to longtime friends: The inimitable Anthony Giglio, a longtime contributor to Food & Wine and the Wine Director of the American Express Centurion Global Lounge Network, and James Beard Award-winning writer Jordan Mackay.

Then there’s my new friend, Los Angeles-based sommelier/consultant Taylor Grant, who first shared her Baja, California travel recommendations with me via text message.
